Call Drops After 15-20 Minutes

I am a Dell Voice customer, and almost without fail, when I am on a phone call the connection drops after about 15-20 minutes. Any idea's where to start diagnosing? Is this a common problem? I'm using a PAP2T device connected to our home phone system. Thought I set up all the connection parameters properly.

Also, occasionally incoming calls don't complete. The phone will ring a few times but when we pick it up, there is a dial-tone. Sometimes, after hanging up, it will ring immediately again, and then will connect to the calling party. Is this normal? We're starting to get really frustrated with the phone connection/reliability. When connected, the call quality is decent, but half the time people complain that they can't get a hold of us.

FPL softphone on Win-7 has the same results at about 15:22 (within 10 secs) on longer duration calls ...

I have had this for a few months now. Same symptoms as you describe.

The incoming calls going to voicemail or not ringing at all is also documented.

Resolution pending still ...

Just happened to me again. Call dropped to dead air at 15:21 minutes:seconds. I had called OUT.
