FollowMe number

hi all,

I'm new to FPL and was currently testing out the FollowMe number feature.
When I try to add my cell phone as a followme number I get this error message:

The number can not be used as FollwMe number

Any reason why I would be getting this? I've tried a different phone number and I'm getting the same thing.

691 (I'm with telus - ported from rogers)
and I even tried a lan line of 564 and I got the same error msg.

Can you please PM me your freephoneline number and two of the numbers you couldn't add as follow-me, I'll look into this as soon as I can
