A couple days ago,I bought $5 world credit through my Iphone , and it show on my dell voice account, exactly the amount.i didn't use credit these days.
today afternoon, i bought the credit again,still 5Dollor,and i check my account,but it didn't add the credit .my Dell voice account still show $5 , it supose to be $10! i check my Iphone account, it already minus $5 so ,where is my another credit ? why didn't it show ?
please help!

Dial 611 from your DV phone in the morning (I don't think anyone will answer now) and get through to someone. The will need to confirm your account details with you which is something board staff can't really do here.
