Two Issues

Post by trini4ever »

I am a Clearpoint customer and I am having a couple of issues with the service.

1) Whenever I try to pick up a call waiting. I either disconnect one or both parties.

2) Issue (2) is with calls originating from Trinidad to my phone number in Toronto. My phone rings but when I pick up there is no incoming voice nor can the caller hear me. This has happened with two different callers. I can call back these callers from Trinidad without a problem. Does anyone have these issues? Any advice on what could be the matter? I am using a PAP2T-NA with a Linksys wireless router.

Thank you!

You need to give more information about your configuration for both the router and the ATA to get much real help here. This is a problem that others have had and you may find postings on this site of similar situations. You can try running Stun (stun.callwithus.com ) ,NATmapping enable and NATkeep alive enable. .... reboot the router and the ATA. It might help
