caller id in voicemail

caller id in voicemail

My voicemail does not tell me the phone number that has left the voice message. It tells me date and time but not the number, unless the caller records it in the voicemail.

that is a feature that is not included with the voice mail service.

but i remember having this feature in the beginning. I thought i lost it because i made changes to its settings.
please pass it along. I'd like to have this feature but i'll think twice if i'll pay for this feature. :p

Actually, correction on my part, it may have been disabled due to a time stamp issue (we are still trying to find the root cause of it)
