Please Helps ! 3 way conference
I have a Grandstream HT286 that has 3 way conference feature for freephoneline. I try to use it by both ways in the manual ( use *23 and none ) and did log in website of grandstream HT286 to change the setting that I support to do for using *23 or none. Unfortunately, I've called 1st caller then I press flash button about two seconds the 1st caller disconnectedby itself. Freephoneline doesn't support that feature even the adapter has it, Am i right? If anyone knows please let me know it works or not and anyway to use it properly. Thank you

Re: Please Helps ! 3 way conference
This question has been asked before and I don't think FPL supports more than one call at a time so 3 way conference will not work.I know that 3 way calling on the HT286 used to work OK for me in situations where it was allowed. You might be able to add a call to a SIP address or perhaps directly to an IP.

Re: Please Helps ! 3 way conference
We do support three way calling. I've also just run a quick test to confirm everything is working as expected (had a three-way call between my desk phone, Grandstream ATA and Dell Voice)

It looks more of phone device problem. Maybe Talk button instead of Flash would work better (and never use Hold button).

Good to know that Steve though your desk phone (like mine) may make the three way call (internally) itself.
