how can we dial sip no. from spa 2102

i was unable to dial sip nos. from the ATA.

any suggestions, i tried putting a no. in speed dialing but does not work ex. 1647xxxxxxx@voip.freephoneline.ca

did you enable ip dialing
do that and it will work
