Incoming calls not working

I'm a Dell Voice user on my iPhone. I can make outgoing calls but incoming calls get directed to voicemail. Please help!

Go to Dell Voice Setting

Then Preferences

Then Rings before voicemail

Make sure your iphone push notification work correct

Hi seagame2001 - thanks for the quick reply. I tried that already. I've set the number of rings to 6. No effect. Incoming calls are still not received.
