can't register the number this morning.. URGENT

..... Have a conference call in half an hour and there seems to be some problem with line registration - the ATA status page (I have SPA 2102) says that registration failed... Can someone from support team pls have a look? Will PM the details for my account.

Does anyone else have any registration issues this morning or it's only me?.. Tech support over the phone is useless as usual... - they blame it all on the local setup. Steve / Kris, any chance you can have a look soon?

Just configured a PAP2T as well as my Polycom 550 here, they both register with your number, I can call in / out as clear as day. Have you power cycled your SPA?

Yep - I was with Kris when this was done. We were able to register your account on both a PAP2 and a polycom phone. Incoming/outgoing calls worked perfect

Power cycled VoIP ATA several times - didn't help. Once the rest of the hardware up the chain (WRT54G router & Linksys cable modem) was power cycled, it's come back online.... Weird. Never seen this happening before (the Internet and other services worked fine w/o rebooting the network gear). Might have been some open socket hanging on the router...

Sorry for the trouble. Thanks for looking into this.

.... not to hijack the thread - Kris/Steve, did you get a chance to look into the voicemail forwarding issue (for some reason it stopped forwarding for me a while ago)? Just sent you a reminder to the PM 5 min ago...

Yes, I did port my number in, but it was working till about 2-3 month ago. I have another account as well - haven't tested email forwarding there yet...

Nope, still doesn't work.... Sits in the mailbox, but is not being delivered to the email. This used to work on this account for sure in autumn.

Have you tried disabling / re-enabling it? When you number was ported it could have severed the communication from your management side of Freephoneline to the server side, I've fixed everything else in that regard.

I checked it yesterday - it was turned off. So, I enabled it again, no luck so far. Will try another account tonight to see if that one is working... The email itself is working properly. Any way for you to look in the log and see if there are any 'undelivered mail' notifications coming from that account?

Just changed the 'correspondence' email address back and forth and it seems to be working now....
