Receiving undesired calls at middle of the night

Hi!
The last 2 nights i received calls from someone in Congo.
He called 2 times last night at 3:00 AM and yesterday night too at the sametime.
Always the same guy calling.

I have the phone number, is it possible to block the number.
Everytime he calls, we wake up very stressed thinking that someone died or something like that and i when we talk with the guy, i think he doesn't understand that he made a mistake.


I really hope it is possible to block this phone number.

Do you use an ATA service or a Softphone service? Do you have a SIP unlock key?
Your options for blocking will differ based on your set-up.

I don't believe that FPL supports server side call filtering at this time, though I could be wrong. Try calling customer service.
