Hi there,
I used Dell voice at 12:50 pm, everything was fine.
Then I tried to use it at around 1:50 pm and it would not let me log in. A window popped up saying "Unable to open internet connection. Please check if Dell Voice is blocked by firewall."
So I checked my firewall (using windows on my laptop) and it allows Dell Voice to go through the firewall -- for my home network and public network. I did not change anything from using Dell Voice at 12:50 pm and 1:50 pm.
Can anyone advise me on what happened and how to fix this problem?
