Mobile app (both 3G and WiFi): "Oops... Please check your network connection and try again"
Desktop app (both local and through a VPN tunnel to the states): "Unable to open internet connection"

i'm having the same problem on my samsung galaxy gio(android) using dell voice. Fails to authenticate.
works fine on a blackberry 9300 I have
