Unable to Authenticate

Unable to Authenticate
I have been using Dell Voice on my Android and LOVING IT! but today, It will not authenticate. I have tried 4G & Wifi in 2 different areas still will not authenticate.
It told me I have a voicemail and a missed call, but thats it. so I uninstalled it and Reinstalled. but still nothing, I cant even sign in now. I havent made Any changes to my android for months. so I dont know whats causing it.
Help offer ideas. Thanks

Are you able to sign in yet? What kind of device are you trying to use it on?

I am getting the same issue has been like this for close to a month now. I have tried on two android devices with the same results.

What is the OS on the androids you are trying to use? What android devices are you trying to use?

I have tried various versions of Android. Right now I am on the stock Bell ICS 4.0.4 on my phone and my tablet is running 2.3.7. It works if I use a sip program like csip simple but I just paid for the texting feature and I do not think that is possible using a sip program?

You can only text from the DellVoice app.
What problems are you having? If you can log in to buy the text package, surely you can log in OK.

It does login but says authentication failed right after but it allowed me to go to the option to purchase txting. It will not stay authenticated.

Did you purchase the VoIP unlock key already? Dell Voice is set up so that once you have purchased the VoIP unlock key, the service works a little differently. Once you have it, the app is not going to work properly (Dell Voice app on cell and tablet)

Yes I did actually. That is how I have it working in CSIP. So there is no way to get the texting feature to work?

Once the VoIP unlock key is purchased, the account functions differently. At that point, it is run as a home phone as apposed to a mobile.
also, when using a mobile app, the texting will only work via DV app.
