Registration problem - Step 3 - confirm with phone

Hi,

I tried to register with FreePhoneLine.ca to get a free phone number and purchase a VOIP Unlock key for my ATA. However, I stuck at Step 3 "Call me now". I put my cell phone number there for the "call me now". However, no call is received. I tried it for a few days but the problem still exists.

Does the "Call me now" not work for cell phone number? Or I need to get a landline number to work?

Please help. Thank you.

He means to send him a Private Message.

Look over there :arrow: :arrow: :arrow: to the right of his post and you will see a PM button. Click it and send him the information he wants. It should automatically link to the thread, so just include your account/phone number

After re login as Mike suggested, I am still stuck at Step 3 - phone number confirmation. I tried my cell, my home number and my coworker's number. But the reg system just doesn't call me.

I tried enough today. Tired...

for some reasons, after I changed my email address to my free gmail, it works. Anyways, now I get the unlock key!

Unfortunately, the online store didn't work.... :-( so I needed to call sales's 1866 number to purchase key. I hope my bad sales experience with FPL won't repeat.

So the error was partially due to your EMAIL address? Was it a work address, or? I am confused a bit by this. So you were able to get a call back from the automated system after modifying your email address? I read that right?

The online store, for purchasing keys, has been a bit on and off. Was it an address mismatch on a CC purchase by any chance? The system needs it EXACTLY as the CC company has it ... IE:
#9-12125 86 Ave
Unit 9 12125 86 Avenue
9-12125-86 Ave

Are all different things to the system and will create a mismatch ... it is VERY 'anal'.

Did the call in go okay? Or did you have difficulties there also?
