My voicemail stopped working again. When the voicemail should pick up it just says "No one is available to take your call. Good bye" and hangs up.
Nothing has changed on my end with any settings etc..
This has happened a few times in the past and has always been resolved by freephoneline support over the phone however they advised to use email or forums as they no longer offer phone support for freephoneline customers. I tried to contact through e-mail with no response for a few weeks so I am turning to the forums.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

The new support system seems to be sadly lacking. PLEASE send a PM to Steve or Mike (not hard to find on the forums) with the details, and one of them should be able to help you.
Even prior to the change, the EMAIL support is horrible -- you have a better chance of sticking a stamp on a piece of paper and NOT placing it in a mailbox (ie relying on someone else to mail it for you!).
Steve and Mike do a lot of the heavy lifting here in for forum.
One thing that I would suggest is trying to remotely log into your voicemail and see if just tinkering around in there makes any difference.
Do you know when it stopped working? There might have been some system maint that was done around then which might have contributed. I do not know.
Also: if you do get a hold of Steve/Mike, let them know about the complete failure of the email support -- I do not think that Fongo is aware of some of their internal failures!

Thanks to the Fongo admins for helping me out with this issue. Apparently just changing the number of rings to 8 on the follow me did the trick. I decided not to use VM and just have it forwarded to my cell instead. Thanks everyone!
