I received a email from Dell Voice and it said:
"If you wish to keep your Dell Voice phone number indefinitely without the need of account usage every 90 days, simply purchase our VoIP Unlock Key available in our Online Store".
I went to the Dell Voice site but could not find that option. Please direct me to the right place.

Re: Voip Unlock Key
I suspect they have not changed their auto emailer yet, but it is only FreePhoneLine that offers the voip unlock key.fyip wrote:I received a email from Dell Voice and it said:

DellVoice now has Home Phone which is similar, but you pay a one time setup fee and then a monthly 4.95$ essential services fee.

Re: Voip Unlock Key
Thanks, seems like everything is behind, dial pad issue has not been fixed and does not work even after installing Java version 29
Now I will lose my number and there is no option to buy a unlock key, Plus I am sent a obsolete email, with no options left I lost faith in Fongo and Dell.

Re: Voip Unlock Key
As long as you use your account at least every 90 days, you will keep your number. So just call it every now and again to make sure it stays active. I set up an auto dialler here on my PBX so it calls my non paid numbers every Sundayfyip wrote:Thanks, seems like everything is behind, dial pad issue has not been fixed and does not work even after installing Java version 29
