Could FPL offer a service just like Magicnumber?

Is it possible FPL can ofer a service like Magic number ( google that),
where on your cellphone you have a unlimited incoming or my5 plan, you add your FPL number and everytime someone calls your FPL number, it connects to one of your unlimited numbers and you can talk for free.
also, for outgoing you'd dial your FPL number, then the pause key on your cell phone, then the number you wish to reach?

The first one is still fuzzy to me, but the second you're talking about is called DISA (Direct Inward Service Access) and we don't offer than since people could take advantage of that for our LD plans.
