PC Windows dialpad/java issue

Hi, There

After updated to new Java, Dialpad don't work. ( On PC windows )

Can receive calls, can check voice mail. Can do everything except Dial Number.

But if you go contacts, call from there, it works.

only difference I did was updated Java. Then tried old version of Java, works.

windows 7 running.

Could you please fix this problem.

Guessing this is DellVoice ... known issue, several several several threads on this, and one of the mods will likely lock this one.

They know about it, they have not fixed the softphone. The work around is to just use the old version of java, which is not really a fix at all. Sorry!
