Password INFO Box

On the registration page for new sign up for phone service, it would be helpful if the password pop up INFO box gives these info :

1) password min, max length
2) what characters are allowed or not allowed
3) whether or not the password is case sensitive

Currently there are 5 boxes that provide info on what you need to enter.

1. Email:
2. Password:
3. Password Confirmation:

Reference email 1 (Optional)
Reference email 2 (Optional)

Numbers 1, 3, 4 and 5 are fine, and the first Password should not only read
"This is the password which is used for login", but this:

This is the password which is used for login.
Passwords must meet the following criteria:
- Password must be between 3 - 16 characters long
- Password can only be a-z, A-Z, 0-9. (!,@,#,$,%, etc. are NOT allowed)
- Password is case sensitive

Sound good? I opened a bug about 25 seconds after you posted this thread this morning...

The proposed changes to the password INFO box sound good.

However, when a friend of mine tried to register at 8:54pm PDT, Sun, Jan 24, the password INFO box still only say "This is the password which is used for login."

Apparently the proposed changes have not yet been implemented.

Yes, though I did open the bug, our programmers still need to implement it.
