We are using the auto-renew payment feature to top up our account whenever it gets below $1. Recently, this has not been working and we got an email from FLP warning us that our account was almost empty. I phoned customer service, and they said that the auto-renew feature is presently broken. So, for the moment, you have to manually buy more credit.
Any word from our Fongo moderators as to when this might be fixed?

Re: Auto-renew payment not working
Same issue here with the auto renew LD credits. Every time i called up CS they said they will fix it and in the mean time make me do a manual payment over the phone. Then lately they give some lame ongoing credit card fraud investigation BS excuse and that i cannot do anymore auto renew LD credits nor make a manual payment online through the portal. I find it so hard a company like Fongo can't weed off fraud CC when you can find tons of small other e-retailers handling CC transactions on daily basis and handling fraud cc cases too.
I have to keep calling CS and they put in the order to add credits..it's so friggin annoying. What's so stupid is that my CC is on file and it's the same cc being used to top-up the credits every time. When i questioned the CS rep what's the difference when they manually process the order using cc on file vs me manually doing it online (miracle if the auto-renew ever worked properly), i get the same lame excuse of credit card fraud. When you press them for more clarification, they say to contact head office as he's just a line worker :sigh:
If Fongo has stopped accepting CC as online payment to add credits, then remove the frigging feature from the portal instead of making the clients fill in all the info crap only to be rejected in the end and to call CS. There's no announcement on the portal informing about the temp disruption on adding credits online either.
