Linksys 3102 Issue

Hi experts,

I just bought a device Linksys 3102 and registered in freephoneline.ca and get the unlocked key, I try to config the phone ,here is three issue:

1.I can call out to reach my cell phone, but when I use the cell phone to call the voip phone, it can not reach, just give the message say 'the number is not available,please leave a message'.

2.when I call out ,after I dial the number, the waiting time is so long, like 9 seconds I hear nothing.

3.When I call out to a company, after I reach the phone number, then I try to dial the extension number, there is always say 'sorry, I can not recognize you phone number'.
:( :( :( :? :shock:

Please help. Thanks in advance.

I followed a instruction for 'Linksys PAP2T-NA', the upper three issue solved, but there is a new issue:
After I put up my phone and try to dial the number, the phone's voice is not the regular way(always sound),it is di.di.di..after three seconds, it go back to the regular way--always sound. where to control or change the voice?

The broken dial tone usually indicates you have a voicemail waiting. Dial *98 and see if you have anything in your mail box, if not try power cycling the ATA

Instructions for what?

You can find a list of your star (*) codes by looking on your Regional tab on your ATA. Not all of them may work with FPL, so you will have test the ones you want to use.
