I have been using FPL and Dell Voice for a very long time now so I am no stranger by any means when it comes to making and receiving calls through them. Currently though my wife and daughter are away on holiday to New Zealand and although it is a very small thing, for them to be able to open the DellVoice app on their ipods and call back to me and our other daughter whenever they are around WIFI access is just priceless to me. There is no worrying about the cost of the call, or having to look for long distance cards or payphones. They just open the app and dial like they are here; it's just that easy - so far.
Right now Dell Voice means a lot to me, and I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for this service you provide. (trying not to sound too bum licky)
