Hello,
I have an number with freephoneline and I did buy the unlock SIP configuration installed in PAP2T adapter connected to THOMSON TG585 router. It is working correctly for more than six month with no problem. Last week, I start to get audio issue. When I receive a call, the people can hear me but I can not hear them. Even, when I make a call, I do not hear that ringing and drop after many seconds. Now 2 days ago and I have this problem. I can not get support from freephoneline because I did not buy from them my adapter and I have no montly fee (fongo new way).
when I check my calls log, I can see all calls that I made in my freephoneline account with many seconds and marked normal call clearing.
After reading many posts, it is like a incoming calls issue in my router, but I did not touch my router. Even, when some body call me from Dell voice portable application (same company fongo), I have no issue. Even I can make clear call to dell voice desktop or smart phone application. That's mean my ATA makes call correctly, there is no issue with outbound calls, even my service provider does not block the 5060 port.
So, with my ATA Adapter, I can make normal calls (other sides hear me and I hear other sides) when calling Freephoneline or DellVoice numbers (Desktop or smartphone application).
Any idea to fix my problem will be appreciated.
Best rgds,
audio issue for outbound calls and hearing other side
