Hi Fongo,
Just want to mention it happens quite often that I receive my text messages more than once. Is this a known bug?
In addition, when I wake up the phone and launch Dell Voice (which was running in background), it usually freezes for a few seconds and sometimes the app is crashing.

We have several devices here and they are all only showing one copy of each text. I don't think any of us have got a duplicate yet.
Sorry I can't think of anything that will help you, short of completely deleting the app and reinstalling.

Out of curiosity, what carrier is being used to send you the text messages?
I've had troubles on my regular cell phone (not my Dell Voice app) with receiving double messages from Fido subscribers. It's been intermittent over the last few weeks (comes and goes). Doesn't seem to happen when anyone texts me from other carriers though. I haven't experience any trouble with my Dell Voice, but my Fido contacts also don't text me at that number yet, so I can't say if their messages would still be having troubles there.

Interesting! It leads me to believe they may have been having some issues, especially since I was getting duplicate messages from Fido subscribers on non-Dell Voice phones too. Has it been happening recently for you? My parents are currently on Fido and i have received a couple udplicate messages over the last few day's (on my cell phone).
I am starting to think that maybe (not to sure about cellular service) that it may be sending out mroe then once as it is either delayed in receiving indication the message was received, or, perhaps, they are being sent in such a way that they pushed out twice?
