Can't dial out

I'm unable to make a call. After 3 rings the operator says the number can not be completed, press 0 or 1. I've tried pressing 1 905 xxx xxxx... No go. Any one else have this issues or know how to fix it? Doesn't matter which number I dial.

You did not mention enough info for anybody to help you. :(

So here is my shot in the dark. If you have a Linksys ATA, it could be a dialplan issue. Post your dialplan and we will try to help you.
