I just ported in my phone number, and inbound and outbound call are normally OK. Only exception is one of my friend cannot reach me. She is using iTalkBB. She always got "invalid number" error. On the other hand, I can call her number without problem.

This is sounding like an issue from your friends end of things as you are able to otherwise make and receive calls.
