Forgive me guys - I've googled and checked the FAQ section for this....I've configured my VoIP router as per the configuration listed..but still are unable to get incoming calls to my number..I can make outgoing calls from both the phone and the softphone....but incoming is a mystery. Any help would be really appreciated..
Have you forwarded the necessary ports? What kind of router do you have?

Okay - Now can you tell me how the SPA is set up? I am assuming both the WRT54G as well as the SPA2012 are on the same IP range (192.168.1.xxx) being both Linksys devices. Have you tried statically setting your SPA and using only the WRT54G to pass DHCP?

Hey Kris - the SPA2102 sits behind the router - both are on the same subnet....and the ATA has a static IP ( I think that's what your asking) .
