We do not offer this service. if it is telemarketers, i would suggest registering on the national do not call registry. If these are harrasing calls, inform your local authority's be either going to the local police stationary or calling the none emergency contact line.

The softphone has an option to BlackList numbers, you can also do it if you set up a PBX. Just using the phone app or an ATA is limited though, if at all possible. With an ATA you 'might' be able to set up call forwarding for certain numbers, but that depends on your ATA.

I am using the android app. Can I use my dellvoice account with another sip app? I know other sip app that can block calls.

No, unfortunately not. What you can do sign up with freephoneline and then buy the config file ($50). You can then use pretty much any sip device you want.
