It was working 1 hour ago and suddenly when I call my number, I hear "this account is already in use". Tried to unplug and replug power for both router and voip adapter, still same.
My number is 000000000 and I have been using this number from year 2010.
this account is already in use

Re: this account is already in use
I called CSR and they said will investigate. I unplugged the SIP power for half hour in the meantime. Then the problem is gone. Don't know what really happened.

Re: this account is already in use
I had this problem a year or so ago.
What was happening then was the call wasn't clearing their system properly when I hung up on a call, so even though you were not on a call, their system thought you were and as you only get so many channels to make calls with, this is why I got that message. To fix it at the time Fongo_Kris put more channels on my account.
All you did when you unlpugged it was to allow enough time to let the channels clear themselves. You need to watch and see if this happens again as it could indicate a problem on their side.
