Using OBI 110, when calls are made to India using the world Credit Pak, Voice quality is extremely poor. No issues with calls in US or Canada. It seems when dialing a number in India a secondary provider says a message in a different language and then the call is connected to the number. When the call is connected voice is very low and garbled.
Checked dialplan in OBI 110 and everything seems ok.
Called India using Startec through OBI 110 using the same line and no issues at all, so this means OBI 110 has nothing to do with it and there is something to do with the provider in India or somewhere where the call is routed to.
Please resolve.
