How can we update Fongo from Britain?

Our daughter moved to Britain in September. We would like to help her to update Fongo because when she tries to update from England , she can't. I thought sending her a link would help but it didn't. Is there any way to get her an update?

If she is using Android, and you have the same type of phone, search the app store for a program like Backup and Restore. Back the DV app up on your phone, transfer it to your computer, then send her the APK file to install on her phone.

Another way might be to get her to connect to the app store using a Canadian proxy connection while using WIFI.

Thanks, I will try doing that. Will this also allow her to update her laptop?

There has only been an update on the phone apps. She should be able to update the desktop app anyway, I don't think Fongo restricts that download. The restriction comes from the Play Store and Apple Apps
