No ringing on phone end

Sometimes my phone refuses to ring, I've tried to of this same phone model(Philips DECT 6) and the it lights up, but no sound, is this related to the sip settings or just a phone incompatibility ?

I have the sipura / linksys 2102

I think I fixed it, there was a setting that said "Ring On No New VM:"

if this is the fix, that seems to now work =) hasn't missed a ring yet!

OK, it's back to no ringing, I'm stumped :/

No ringing on your end? Like when someone calls you, or when you make a call.

If it's on incoming calls make sure the ring frequency and voltage (in Regional) is set to within the limits of your phone.
