voicemail to email stopped working

Post by growstrees »

My FPL worked very well for the longest time. Recently I changed the email address and a follow me cell number, the voicemail records the message but fails to convert it to mp3 and send it to email.
To minimize possible errors, I also disabled the Follow Me. I have just the voicemail to email. Still , no email notification, nor attachment.
Any suggestions?

I found that the emails stopped working when our ISP implemented a spam filter named MAGICSPAM.

All the emails were rejected because coming from crazyum01.worldline.ca instead of freephoneline.ca or fongo.com. Can someone confirm that I can place crazyum01.worldline.ca in the white list? Will I always receive emails from the crazyum01 subdomain? Or does it change according to the load?

The sending address will not change, so you're safe to add it to the white list!
