i just created an account at FPL and purchased the unlock key. Now i want my old number forwarded to this phone line. When i put in the number it says: "This number is already used as a FollowMe number by someone else" i checked my other accounts to see if i am using this number but i am not! The only other accounts i had was the old budphone on iphone and dell voice. I just deactivated the dellvoice, and the budphone was never activated to begin with. Basically i think it is impossible that any of my accounts would have this as a forwarding number to begin with. Perhaps someone put my number in by mistake. I called customer service they said they cant tell me who is using my number as a forwarded number. Any solution to this? I just purchased the unlock key but now its useless if i cant forward my number to this one.....
Also i think the customer service is horrible, the reps are clueless and are always trying to get you off the phone without helping...

Why don't you PM me your current number and the follow-me number and I'll take a look. If you happen to remember any of those old account numbers then include them too.

I want to forward calls from my FreePhoneline number to my DellVoice number, but the dialogue box (from FPL) says that someone is already using my DV number. Since the DV number is assigned to me, and there is no verification procedure (via an automated call or a SMS code) to confirm ownership, could it be my DV number was used by someone else before it was assigned to me?
Please help.
