I'm very surprised to find out that Dell Voice's voice mail does not kick in or intercept the call when FollowMe is enabled. I've tried both "simultaneous" mode (which I think is the logical setting) and sequential mode; in both cases it result in my mobile phone carrier's voicemail service picking up.
I've set DV's voicemail to pick up after 4 or even 3 rings; they don't make a difference. If FollowMe is enabled at all, it seems DV will not kick in its voicemail. The only "work-around" is to disable FollowMe, which isn't what I wanted. I want to have the option to pick up the call if I'm out and about, outside of WiFi range (and obviously I don't want to enable 3G data all the time).
This really limits the usefulness of DV as a replacement (even partial) of traditional mobile service, as it is billed to be ("disrupting the mobile communication world"). Is there a solution to this? Thanks for your help.

Re: "Dell Voice" voice mail does not kick in w/ FollowMe ena
Are one of the phones being followed to picking up with a message, one of those "music" ringbacks or voicemail before Dell Voice's voicemail? Assuming neither phone has any sort of answer then the system will fall back to the Dell Voice voicemail after the specified timeout.
