Outgoing Call Display doesn't work to US numbers

Just found out that our outdoing call display doesn't work to US numbers. Within Canada, our names appear, but to the US the person receiving the call just sees "Private Name." How do we fix that? Our old POTS line always showed our name correctly no matter where we called.

Has anyone else experienced this? Why would our call display function differently when calling the US?

Does the person receiving the call see your number, and just 'private name' as the name, or nothing at all?

Once the call leaves our network and is handed over to the carrier in the USA, it's difficult to say what they could be doing with it. I don't mind looking at some call logs on our end just to verify that we're sending the full caller ID though. Would need you to PM me some examples (within the last 12hrs) of calls where this has happened.
