I can't receive any incoming calls after ported the number

Post by adeline_1020 »

I can't receive any incoming calls after the number got ported to Fongo network. I can make most of the outbound calls in Canada.

And when I called an Ontario phone number 519-357-3450, I got the message saying I don't have enough credit to make the call. But it supposed to be free.

I just made a testing call to my home from my cell, after 6 rings I heard the message saying "You have reached the voicemail that has not been initialized by the customer", and this is from Rogers. Does this mean the number is used by Rogers??? I requested to port number about half a year ago!

Please help! Thanks.

And I am using Linksys SPA2102, software version 3.3.6. The status is showing registered all the time.

Hi adeline,

the number you are having issues reaching is in Wingham, this is not a free calling city. The free calling city list can be found here: http://www.dellvoice.ca/cityListing

To set up your voicemail, from your Fongo phone, dial *98
