Hi,
I recently installed the Fongo/Dell Voice PC client and tried calling Fongo support. I found that I was not able to send dial tones to navigate the phone menu. Is this unsupported? If not, what can I do?

Yes. I can dial the number to initiate a call but I can't use the buttons during the call to send the dial tones.

Okay... now the dialpad is not working at all. Not even for dialing a phone number. I tried reinstalling but it didn't help. Is there any information you need? I'm a software developer... If there's anything I can do to generate a log or stacktrace, let me know.
