cannot make a call, (outgoing call is not working)

My outgoing call is not working. I cannot call anyone, i can receive call without any problem.
Everything was fine yesterday, when i setup this first time. I tested incoming and outgoing both, and was working fine.

What to do now to make a call?

Hello,

More information is needed to help you trouble shoot. What router are you using? What kind of ATA? Who is your internet provider? What physical set-up are you using? Are you using the softphone? Did you recently port over you number?
