Can't connect to Server

Hi

I think there is an issue with the server. I been with FPL for along time. I did the routine thing by restarting everything.
I can ping the voip.freephoneline.ca
My router has the ports opened for it. It has been running for years. Occasional issues but it bounces back.

Anybody else having issues?

or is it just my account?
