I CANNOT DIAL ANY NUMBER!!!!

I just tried dialing my cell phone and I get the busy tone. Same thing happens for any other number. I am able to receive calls. But only the ring. Upon answer, there is no voice that can be heard. What is going on!!!!!!!!! fix this....

You probably need to properly configure your ATA and router. Forward the required ports etc. but to really help we need to know more about your set up (router, ATA, phone etc).

reboot the modem, router and ATA first see what happen
