no ring on tab2 7"

I just get the samsung galaxy tab2 7" wifi only and installed fongo, when I call myself from another phone, I don't has any ring, I did change the ringtone but any idea what I am missing?

skype and textplus ok to ring

it did not go to the voice mail, I can see the accept and reject on screen, when I accept, it will go to bluetooth headset too.
why no ring, I still don't understand.

try with no bluetooth and see what happen?

and delete and reinstall the app
