I receive an error message whenever I enter my desired number for the "FollowMe" function.
Help please. How can I fix this issue?
I could not find the answer in the FAQ.
This number is already used as a FollowMe number by someone

Have you previously had a number with Fongo? (FPL, Fongo, Dell Voice, budphone, etc, etc)

Sorry. I think I was unclear.
I have a working Dell Voice account.
I was trying to make use of the "Follow Me" function to forward calls.
The error message appears in red text when I submit my desired destination number on the screen for entering "FollowMe" numbers.

I understand the question now.
I am currently using a Dell Voice number when I am in Ontario. I just signed up for a number to be used when I am in British Columbia starting next month.
As far as I know, I do not have the BC number forwarded (which is what I am trying to do, unsuccessfully).

I am having the same problem with being unable to set up a forwarding number because I get the message "This number is already used as a FollowMe number by someone else." I have a DellVoice number that I cannot forward anything to. I can forward the Dell Voice number but when I try to forward a number to the DellVoice number I get this message.
Is there some way to re-set DellVoice so that any numbers that may be forwarding to it are discontinued?
