Can't View Voicemail Webpage

Hey guys, I just recently bought the SIP unlock key on my account, now I am no longer able to view the voice mail page to make any changes. Before I purchased the unlock key it worked fine. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to resolve the issue? I can still access my voice mail through *98 to listen to my messages, and everything about the voice mail works fine, its just the webpage seems to be broken. Any suggestions welcome.

I tried several different browsers. I also called tech support and they were also unable to view my voice mail webpage. I am convinced it's an issue with FPL website. Please Mike or Steve I need your help.

My phone is also saying I have a message when there is none in my inbox. I tried calling and leaving myself a message then deleting it, and it still says I have a message in my inbox. I get a few pulses on my line before the dial tone to indicate a message but there is still nothing! Anyone have this problem?

Both problems seem to have fixed themselves. Last night I did turn MWI and VMWI off, then back on again and restarted my ata. The problem was still there. When I did it again today the problem went away.
