HARDWARE:
Linksys PAP2-NT
Linksys EA2700
I'm experiencing terrible service quality.
When somebody calls me, they can hear me but I cannot hear them. Occasionally calls are dropped, those that aren't break up sometimes. And other times there is NO dialtone and calls can't be made.
The service has never been this bad!!!
It was working just fine for the past few days, but this degradation of quality has happened once before.
I have a brand new ATA, router and modem so there should not be any fault there.
I'm a network engineer so I'm very savvy with the configurations and hardware. The problem MUST be with the service. Usually unplugging the ATA and plugging it back in fixes the issue but I cannot have this happen all the time; it's ridiculous!
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Re: Can barely do anything!! - PLEASE HELP
Well, I hope that your service is not really as bad as you are finding due to poor service from FPL. Normally, these problems tend to be due to incorrect configuration at the user end. As things were working OK, try this
1. Power down the PAP2T and then the router. Disconnect any other devices connected to the router (eg. computers, printers etc.). Wait 10 minutes.
2. Power up the router and when it is connected, power up the PAP2T and when it is connected do some test calls.
3. If all is OK you can power up the other devices that were connected (what are they).
If this seems to cure the problem it probably will not last as it may indicated that the router and PAP2 are not correctly configured.

Try Changing the Jitter levels in your config to extremely high
