Hi.
I tried using my hands free Bluetooth kit with dell voice. It is connecting and it gives you the choice to select Bluetooth when you are in a call but it does not root the sound to the bluetooth device. The sound stays in the phone speaker.
Anyone having this issue?

I don't think it has every worked properly. There are quite a few posts on how BT will work in some ways and not others. Even different devices will behave differently.
The short story is BT does 'work', but I believe you have to keep clicking the BT button when call comes in. You can't accept the call via a BT device either.

When talking about Bluetooth it is best to say what phone and OS you are using.
If you are using one of the Google Nexus devices, then some of the blame for BT problems must go to Google - BT has never worked great.
Fortunately, Google completely re-wrote their Bluetooth for Android 4.2. The new BT still has some issues being worked out, but as of 4.2.2 (expected soon) BT should finally work well on Nexus devices.
When that happens, I hope that Fongo will do some testing so that we can finally get a good BT experience with VoIP on Nexus devices.
