Allways here VoiceMail tone, when voice mail is empty!

Post by darksniperx »

I dial *98 to check my voice mail, there are no message there. Yet my line make beeep, beeep, beeep, beeep, beeep, beeep, beeep, sound when I turn on the phone. And my phone indicates that there is a voice mail.

Is there a way to fix that?

Hello,

are you just getting a stutter tone when you first pick up the phone or does it stay on constantly? Are you still able to make and receive calls?

this isn ot something that needs to be fixed, this is an audio indicator that you have a waiting VM in case you MWI on your phone does not work. This tone is the actual MWI generated by the service.
