issues with call forwarding

Hi, I am unable to select "Sequential" in my call forwarding menu. The problem is every time I try to use call forwarding it forces me to use "simultaneous" and when I do that my dell voice number never rings ...it only forwards it to my sim number (*Always). The only way for me to get dell voice to ring is to remove call forwarding.

I know this used to work last month for me on the same phone! -- please help.
