Hi!
I have a problem with my Linksys SPA2102
I don't know if the problem is coming from my side or from FPL.

I installed yesterday my new ATA and it was working fine till tonight.
Around 6 PM, the line stopped working.
My computer is plugged directly in the ATA and the internet was working fine.
I logged in the ATA and check what was the problem.
I saw that the registration as failed and it will re-attemp to register in 900 seconds.
So, i unplugged it and plugged it again and it work.

I don't know why it is doing and if it comes from FPL side or mine.

I want to know if there is a possibility to reduce the re-attempt delay?

I really hope you can help me.

Thanks in advance

Your ATA does not have a copy of the external IP address. You should be able to use STUN to remedy this problem (try server stun.callwithus.com) and also activate Nat Keep alive and NAT Mapping Enable. Reboot the router and the ATA after these changes. It is better to try to get things working correctly with correct configuration of the router and the ATA but you have not posted your current configuration.

Actually my Local Network at home is plugged that way:
Modem-Wifi Router-ATA-Office PC

I have tried to plug the modem directly in the ATA and the wifi router in the ATA but it slows down my internet.
I have a 20 mbps connection and when i do that, it goes to 8 mbps.

Where i have to put the STUN?

Put the STUN/NAT info in the ATA configuration. The router in the ATA is fairly weak and 8 mbps may be all it can do.
