[Help] VOIP unlock key missing!
I purchased the VOIP unlock key from the FreePhoneLine on March 2009, for the pase four years it works on my ATA well until December last year. I couldn't place or receive calls. I logged into my freephoneline account and found out the unlock key I purchased was missing! In the SIP setting section it showed "You are unable to see your VoIP / SIP settings until you've purchased our VoIP unlock key". I really don't know why this happened to me and who should I contact to get my key back? What should I do? Thanks for your help.

well FPL seems to have removed phone support now, so the only thing I can suggest you do is PM your account number to Fongo_Mike or Fongo_Steve with a link to this thread and ask if they can do anything.
BTW, it looks like you might be running an old firmware version in your PAP2T, it could be worth updating it.
